UGC-DAE Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for UGC-DAE Engineer-D 2025:
| FOR INDORE CENTRE (Post-1) B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent) with 4 years of experience in Electronics Engineering. OR M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent) with 2 years of experience in Electronics Engineering. OR Ph.D. with research in core Electronics Engineering. FOR MUMBAI CENTRE (Post-2) B.E./B.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering or Material Science Engineering (or equivalent) with 4 years of extensive experience in Crystal Growth and technology. OR M.E./M.Tech. in Material Science Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering (or equivalent) with Minimum 2 years of extensive experience in Crystal Growth and technology. OR Ph.D. with research experience in Crystal Growth, crystal orientation and characterization. The candidate should have proven experience growing single crystals using various growth methods. Knowledge of crystal orientation and cutting is mandatory. The candidate should also be able to set up a crystal growth facility. |
