| 2. Staff Nurse – Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM) or B.Sc., Nursing form the recognized Institution |
| 3. MPHW/ Health Inspector Gr.II –Must have passed plus two with Biology or Botany and Zoology. Must possess two Years for multipurpose Health Worker (Male)/ Inspector /Sanitary Inspector Course Training / Offered by recognized private Institution / Universities (including Gandigram rural Institute). |
| 4. Hospital Worker/ Support Staff – Should have studied minimum 8 th standard . Must be able to read and write |
| 5. District Quality Consultant – Basic Degree – Dental /AYUSH/ Nursing/ Social Science/ Life Science Graduates with Masters Degree in Hospital Administration /Public Health/ Health Management with 2 years experience. |
