Educational Qualification for NIT Trichy:
| Educational Qualification: B. E./B. Tech. in Civil Engineering with minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA and M. E./M. Tech. or Equivalent in Water Resources Engineering/ Hydraulic Engineering /Hydroinformatics/ Agriculture Engineering/ Remote Sensing/ Geoinformatics with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA, from any recognized University/ Institute and Qualified GATE Score. Desirable: Experience in working in Watershed Modelling using Geospatial Techniques |
Age Limit for NIT Trichy:
| 1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)) – 35 Years, The candidates belonging to OBC and SC/ST are eligible for normal relaxation of 3 and 5 years respectively. |
Pay Scale for NIT Trichy:
| 1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)) – – Rs. 37,000 + 16% HRA (Tier II City) per month for GATE qualified candidates for the first two years – Rs. 42,000 + 16% HRA (Tier II City) per month for GATE qualified candidates for the third year |
