AAI Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification for AAI Junior Executive 2025: 

1. Junior Executive (Fire Services) – Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. /Tech. in Fire Engg./Mechanical Engg./Automobile Engg.Experience: No experience is essential.

2. Junior Executive (Human Resources) – Educational Qualification: Graduate and MBA or equivalent (2 years’ duration) with specialization in HRM/HRD/PM&IR/Labour Welfare.Experience: No experience is essential.

3. Junior Executive (Official Language) –Educational Qualification: Post-Graduation in Hindi or in English with English or Hindi respectively as a Subject at Degree Level or Post-Graduation in any other subject with Hindi and English as compulsory / elective subject at Degree Level.Experience: Two years of experience translating, preferably from technical or scientific literature, from Hindi to English and from English to glossary. # Only post-qualification experience will be considered i.e. experience gained after acquiring the minimum education

Age Limit for AAI Junior Executive 2025: (As on 18.03.2025)

1. Junior Executive (Fire Services) – Maximum age 27 years

2. Junior Executive (Human Resources) – Maximum age 27 years

3. Junior Executive (OL) – Maximum age 27 years

Relaxation of Upper age limit:

For SC/ ST Applicants: 5 years

For OBC Applicants: 3 years

For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: 10 years

Method of Selection for AAI Junior Executive 2025:

1. Computer Based Test (including descriptive tests, wherever applicable)

2. Application verification / Physical Measurement Test/ Driving Test/ Physical Endurance Test, as applicable for the post

For ST/SC/ PWD/ Apprentices who have successfully completed one year of Apprenticeship Training in AAI/ Female Applicants  – Nil
