Educational Qualification for NIT Trichy 2025:
| (i) For GATE qualified – (JRF): B. Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering & M. Tech / M.E. in Structural Engineering qualified in first class from AICTE/MHRD recognized Institute / University; Age < 35 years GATE Score (Civil Engineering), qualified at least once, validity not required. (ii) For Non-GATE – (PA-I): B. Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering & M. Tech / M.E. in Structural Engineering qualified in first class from AICTE/MHRD recognized Institute / University; Age < 35 years (iii) For Non-GATE – (PA-II): B. Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering & M.
